Privacy Policy
This policy explains how dorse, operated by Ctrl Deploy LLC, handles information when creators and brands use the service.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers such as your verified phone number, creator profile information you provide, public TikTok profile details you ask us to review, campaign activity, and records of your SMS consent or revocation. Consent records may include the number, time, form version, and action used to grant or withdraw permission.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, protect the service, match creators and brands, operate campaigns, measure results, respond to support requests, and comply with law. We use a phone number for marketing texts only when the profile has the required marketing consent.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referring sites, approximate country, and device or browser type. It does not use third-party cookies or associate these reports with a dorse account. We exclude account, console, invitation, and personalized brand-lineup routes before analytics events are sent. Public media-kit handles are grouped under one anonymous route instead of being reported by handle.
SMS information and service providers
We use service providers, including Descope for phone authentication and Klaviyo for opted-in marketing messaging, to process information solely for dorse services. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data, and we do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
We retain account and campaign information while needed to provide dorse. We may retain consent and opt-out evidence longer where needed to honor a suppression request or meet legal obligations. We limit access and use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Marketing SMS is optional. Reply STOP to a dorse marketing text to opt out. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing sanjay@admt.ai. Some records may be retained where necessary to honor your opt-out or comply with law.
